This 28-storey downtown development, one of the first office buildings in Calgary with a postmodern design theme, employs a number of technological innovations. The exterior features column-free floor plates and four-sided silicone glazing. Marble, granite and stainless steel finishes distinguish the lobby. Encor Place is linked to adjacent office buildings by Plus-15 bridges designed by BKDI Architects.
