| This mixed-use development is the focal point of redevelopment in this downtown neighbourhood. The project comprises three residential highrise towers constructed of pale green glass curtain wall. The towers are anchored by a two-storey brick and limestone podium base containing retail and commercial space as well as residential townhouse components.
