| This two-storey high-tech building comprises 60 percent office and 40 percent manufacturing space. The plan is organized along a central spine capped with a steely sloped roof. The exterior is finished with curtain wall, metal panels and precast concrete panels. BKDI Architects was instrumental in obtaining the maximum energy-efficiency grant from the Commercial Building Incentive Program, which rewards the design's attention to green building products, architectural detailing, electrical specifications and mechanical implications. | ||||||||||||||||||||
