This two-tower, mixed-use development fuses historic preservation and urban design. The towers' podiums have two faces: The commercial face reflects a neighbouring historic brick building. The commercial outlets reinforce the existing streetscape and maintain a pedestrian scale. The other face responds to a heritage sandstone school and park environment. The towers themselves are contemporary, light and glassy. The development is the result of collaborative planning with the City of Calgary and other stakeholders.
