An
extensive renovation transforms this functional but nondescript office
building into a class-A corporate facility. Granite replaces the original
precast concrete exterior cladding. A two-storey lobby space was created
through incorporation of underutilized storage space on the building's
second level. Granite interior finishes and two-storey windows refresh
and brighten the lobby. The custom-designed exterior windows provide
animation and a signature element for the project.
